Stefi wrote ‘My Eco Friend’ for her kids when they were little, almost 30 years ago. It was her dream to make it into a book and share it with the kids of Australia in the hope that it will inspire them to connect with and take care of our beautiful Planet Earth, especially now in this time of technology with busy lifestyles. The book was finally published in late 2022 and is now available through online retailers and in our Gold Coast libraries.
